Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you total authority over your electronic mail accounts and email campaigns. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a new email account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward emails from one e-mail account to another, activate email filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your e-mail accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mail messages according to specific rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your email box accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just specify the e-mail box account you would like to forward mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the email client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
